We help niche software companies to reach new heights of growth by offering capital, talents and processes to go beyond

We believe that there are great niche software businesses that won’t fit in the criteria of venture capital and private equity funds, or whose founders don’t share the same values or long-term alignments for their companies

Out of the radar, these companies offer clear opportunities for growth and consolidation within their respective niche markets

Beyond a financial partner, we are former entrepreneurs, investors and startup and company operators that have experienced different growth stages and scalability challenges. Such multidisciplinary experiences are complementary to the development of our partners

These are the values that guide our actions

We win together by:

Debate

Debating different points of view beyond authority and free of bias

Commitment

Committing ourselves towards the defined direction

Motivation

Building the necessary conditions to achieve our goals

Respect

Leading by example with consistency, integrity, and respect
